Pros

Free comp nights! This is an amazing benefit that's given me the opportunity to travel to places I never thought I'd be able to go.

Cons

The hotel can be very political in terms of promotions.

Pros

They really put guests first. They are all about the little details. As an employee comp nights are fantastic and in the right department the perks are amazing. Excellent company for someone flexible, not tied down, and willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead.

Cons

They are a company first work place. It's a 24 hour industry and they expect you to always be willing to accommodate them. Very little work/life balance. Not a good company for someone with a family, students or commitments outside of work
