.great hourly pay and benefits

Cons

petty managers that work so many hours they make much less than line employees. No chance to move up in the company from a line employee to mgmt. Good is never-ever good enough

free hotel rooms, pay, good insurance

Cons

very difficult to get rooms unless you are in "the know". hiring is so selective depts. are often under-staffed, long and unpredictable hours.
