Pros

Good team environment and flexible with schedules. Had a great cafeteria for all employees to eat free from. Good benefits.

Cons

Management creates a stressful environment to work in when its not always necessary to do so. Good work often goes unappreciated and management is sometimes overbearing.

Pros

great learning opportunity as quality of food is always the focus. Life work balance is relatively better than the standard in this industry.

Cons

Instructions from senior cooks and management can be contradicting and confusing. New hires have to "tough it out" before being promoted to full-time or even part time.
