Luxury environment, management who cares for staff and guests, employees are proud to be with Four Seasons, guests are affluent, possibility to grow within company, many training courses, strongly service orientated, amazing website.

Cons

Slow promotion, slow international transfer, too long working hours, occasionally extra demanding guests with no respect to staff, weak architecture and design.
