They teach you a lot of things They promote internally Everyone is nice and accepting The ability to transfer anywhere you want every two years

Cons

No room for creativity long hours work life balance slow promotion slow international transfer group interview for job acceptance Needs more windows for natural light

Pros

Some great people work for this company and there really is the opportunity to travel and learn new things.

Cons

Some of the management, particularly in Singapore is way below company and competitor standards. Lack of respect for staff, counter productive decisions, inability to lead but to point fingers and pass on the blame - lack of integrity. Something has gone seriously wrong with the precious Four Seasons culture in this city.
