      Awful political place to work - do not bother! I cannot wait to resign!

      Pros

      Direct Team and Line Manager friendly, helpful, good with training and lovely to work with. Free parking permits and modern office.

      Cons

      Very Discriminative - 1 rule for grads and another for everyone else in the firm. Unprofessional environment - swearing, sexual remarks etc overheard on a daily basis. Political Senior management and Partners who have no clear strategic direction. Pointless having lots of directors who have no say over the partners decisions. Very face fits culture. Poor pay. Rubbish benefits and holiday allowance. Huge gap between the lower level employees and senior management in terms of benefits/promotions etc. Salary review system not fair and consistent across the board. Over run with youngsters who doss around all day and clearly only work there because of pushy parents who want them to follow in their footsteps.

      Pros

      For non PR and singaporean, the Company will provide the CPF in lieu in SRS account. Good dental and flexi benefits

      Cons

      Long working hours and bias environments Unfair treatments for different staff If you close and friend to the manager, job allocation will be better and better career progression. Unfair bonus payout period and promotion period Even u worked almost a year, no bonus will be given due to u are still under probation as at cut off period. Cut off period -end Aug and bonus payout period long interval-Jan and May. Even u passed probation as of bonus payout period, no bonus will be given.

      Fast paced environment provides exposure and for people who are really interested in tax field and work. Plenty of benefits and opportunities.

      Cons

      Associates not technically savvy even when hired as 'technical' professional.
