Long working hours and bias environments Unfair treatments for different staff If you close and friend to the manager, job allocation will be better and better career progression. Unfair bonus payout period and promotion period Even u worked almost a year, no bonus will be given due to u are still under probation as at cut off period. Cut off period -end Aug and bonus payout period long interval-Jan and May. Even u passed probation as of bonus payout period, no bonus will be given.
