      * The tech stack is best of breed and continuously evolving as we track industry trends (where this makes sound technical sense, of course). * Constantly learning and levelling up. * Working on interesting projects with significant clients. * A real sense of progress and dynamic growth personally and company-wide, week-by-week. * High technical standards with everything we do.

      Cons

      * The learning curve is significant, help is available and pairing is great but you do need to be a self-starter and highly motivated to get the most out of each day.

      - Lots of new things to learn and work with - Clever people with no egos. This is a place where "no stupid questions" is actually embraced - Leadership have a great attitude to morale, wellbeing and feedback - Being always remote never feels isolating, there is constant contact with the rest of the team

      Cons

      - team structure leads to silos of information - this is mitigated well with knowledge sharing but there is a lot you don't know you don't know
