Ever wish you worked in an organization where engineering principles, best practices and values were not at odds with the rest of the company's priorities and bottom line of the business? I started to think my expectations were unrealistic but I'm proud to say Form3 is one of the rare companies where this is actually the case. Everyone, especially exec leaders, believes the success of the business depends on how well we can consistently deliver exceptionally high-quality software at scale. That's exactly the challenge I was looking for.
