so many ..first is a extremely toxic workplace. never know when u'll be fired. its a hunger games show .. the infosec team ciso is a joke so is head of operations working hand in hand and most other senior management ( except legal hr and IT) are just super toxic guys thinking they know it all which isnt the case. the infosec iso team is by far the worst ever and so is the sec ops team.. gossiping on slack , putting people down and favouritism in promotion.

The management made poor decisions by scaling the company too rapidly, relying solely on funding. This resulted in multiple unfinished products that never had a chance to generate revenue. Consequently, the company was forced to lay off many valuable employees. The most troubling aspect is that they intentionally hired people with families to maintain low turnover, and now these families are struggling. Unfortunately the management blamed its employees for its poor financial performance, leaving staff feeling that their efforts were unappreciated. The way the layoffs were handled was also poor. Regardless of how hard you worked or what value you brought to the company, they just pick you arbitrarily and you’re gone.
