      - they let you work remote 100% of the time - no egos - great engineering team, I mean really high calibre

      Pros

      Form3 is a great place to work. The culture is unique - I can work from home or remotely often which allows me to spend more time with my family and less time commuting. The tech we use is great and the leadership team way better than other firms I've worked at.

      Cons

      We get fruit deliveries, but sometimes not enough bananas.
