      Form3 went through rapid growth as a business. This lead to major changes in the company structure and the way it does business. However, things seems to be stabilising. Career progression is not easy

      Very flat and transparent culture stemming from the CEO down. The technology platform is amazing and creates a new category of cloud based financial services for large banks.
