      Pros

      High level of technical skills, diversity, and extreme programming in practice.

      Cons

      No direct collaboration between product and engineers. Slow pipelines and numerous blocks during day-to-day jobs. Stressful on-call.

      Pros

      There is a high level of autonomy and trust in how work is delivered and I genuinely feel that I am making a real strategic impact. The stakeholders I work with across the business are collaborative and supportive, which creates a strong team culture. Work-life balance is also respected, allowing for a lot of flexibility, without compromising on delivery.

      Cons

      The company went through a round of redundancies at the start of this year, which is always going to be a difficult process. That said, it feels like the business is now in a stronger, more positive position moving forwards.

      People & Culture is great - I really enjoy working with my colleagues. Great work life balance. The company truly cares about your wellbeing. People really care about their jobs. Great product and exciting roadmap.

      Cons

      I am on a fixed term contract, so only con is I would like to stay for longer! Great company to work for.
