      Pros

      Friendly environment with challenging work for the end to end process. Absolutely loved the experience of creating things from scratch, being pushed and encouraged to find new innovative ways of viewing work, and the togetherness of a small team.

      Cons

      At the moment the ability to move upwards in the organisation due to the nature of the business and the small team.

      Pros

      Form3 is such a great place to work. The people are a great team to work with and make coming to work incredibly enjoyable. The company is rapidly growing therefore there is a massive opportunity to meet and gain knowledge from so many people with different backgrounds.

      Cons

      No 2 days are the same so if you don't like variation then it might not be the job for you.

      A fast paced, innovative business with great ambition and drive. An eclectic team with incredible knowledge, experience and expertise all driven with the desire to simplify payments and create a world class PAAS Business . A very open and transparent culture, with lots of the team working remotely for most of the week its amazing how we have overcome the barriers of remote working and have a strong team ethic.

      With the fast pace of our business and requirements its essential you are agile and adaptable which doesn't suit everyone.
