      Pros

      * people are very skilled, down to earth and egoless. * tech is modern. * very little number of meetings per week.

      Cons

      * company is pushing people over the line with multiple deadlines (one full year of deadline after deadline, everything is urgent, things need to be delivery from one week to another). * remote policy of the company changes multiple times, without previous notice, the company is remote but in fact you don't have the flexibility to work from multiple places, people needed to quietly leave the company because their location is not on the allowed list anymore. * on call might be stressful sometimes, you have to respond to that instantaneously, jumping into a call with incident managers until get it sorted.

      - Everything I was looking for in a company, culture and role - A "first, are they a nice person?" hiring process, leasing to enjoyable colleagues - Working with bleeding edge technology - Defining a new market, with stay and planned growth - Strong financial base, and a leadership team who get along well - Strong future prospects

      Cons

      - Working remotely long term, even with both London and Amsterdam offices available, is a lifestyle choice. It is not easy for the sociable among us, and requires effort. - Scale-ups are fast-moving and require adjustment for those from enterprise backgrounds
