      Pros

      Strong recruitment and onboarding process gives confidence that the company are trying to find the right people. Reasonable compensation and benefits Good amount of flexibility in role

      Cons

      A young, inexperienced leadership team, that has struggled and taken too long to identify what the organisation is. This has had a negative impact to approximately a third of the company. It seems that sustainable growth was not a consideration of the business and that growth opportunity outweighed risk. This was evident in numerous business practices. Intuition ruled over fact often and is an insecure way to operate any business in any climate.

      It's great if you're good at pairing with people day in day out. Really smart and knowledgeable people. Very flexible with working times Remote

      Cons

      Pairing with another engineer all day every day via remote video calls can be either a pro or a con depending on the type of personality you have. Ultimately it didn't work for me as I like to knuckle down and work.

      Pros

      - Great tech: form3 is doing some bleeding-edge stuff with great technologies. There's not a day that goes by where I haven't learned something new. - Challenging problems: there are a lot of difficult engineering problems to solve and you're given both the tools and the freedom to solve them - No-ego engineers: it's so refreshing to be able to reach decisions without big-egos getting in the way. Everyone is very friedly and pairing is really enjoyable. - Truly autonomous (small) teams: you have a lot of freedom to reach decisions as a team and determine a project's direction - Its headcount is growing very fast so there are a lot of career progression opportunities - Great product: strong market traction from Tier 1 & challenger banks.
