      Pros

      Very lenient with time off requests (though I just got lucky with my SM) and their new PTO system is good - for people who have been there two years minimum.

      Cons

      You are very detached from anything that is going on outside your store. No matter how much stock you have, they will send you more than max capacity and will expect it ALL to sell. Little to no communication with HQ outside of them sending emails of their expectations. Once they decided to completely overhaul our job processes right before holiday season and they specifically said they "would not be taking feedback/comments". Only select stores get BOGO on sale items, and if you manage to get in touch with whoever makes that decision to try and plead your case (stock room filled to the BRIM with nothing but sale) it goes in one ear and out the other. Seemingly pleasant people, but the way the company is run as a whole is a total mess.
