      Pros

      Regular hours, nice people, cheap food. Trendy environment. Casual dress code. Cute cheap clothes. I don't have any thing else to say

      Cons

      At the end of the day the owners control every single decision. There's a lot of talented people who do not get a chance express their talents because the owners shut it down. Several decisions are made through emotional reaction or gut instinct and not enough on statistical facts. Regardless of career level you're acting as a senior assistant to the owners. The daughters are now both running the company and only one is qualified to do so.

      cafe in the HQ, looks good on resume, boba truck once or twice per week

      Cons

      Every little detail will need approval from supervisor, overworked, many changes, many people in the management do not know what is going on. Employees are like robots that are just following directions. Low pay, probably because people are willing to come in with minimum wage.

      The on site cafeteria (it used to be all you can eat for $3 but now its expensive)

      Cons

      They will overwork you and burn you out. They drop your designs without giving you a reason most of the time. They play favorites. They pay you as little as they can.
