Set morning schedule when in the visual manager role.
Cons
Even if you go above and beyond your scope of duties, district managers do not care about you as a person. They tell you what you want to hear to keep you working hard. Run an entire store on your own because all the other managers were fired or quit with absolutely no help from the dm and no pay. When you ask to transfer they promise you that they will and then try to demote you.
