Pros

Great dress code, and to be honest that is really about it. It is not worth the pay for the work expected.

Cons

Bad PTO, bad pay, bad hours, floor set every 6 weeks, high turn over rates, bad discount, and just over all bad.

Could have been worse.

Pros

I loved most of the management team and made some really great friends that were on it. Almost no one was rude or talked down to me. I always got my breaks on time, and my requests off were granted.

Cons

It's not a very glamorous experience. The store is always messy, as is the back room, and there is little compensation for it. There are no 'perks' for working there. Also, the customers you have to deal with are worse than those at places where more expensive clothes are sold...they tend to be careless and rude.

Pros

Cute, cheap clothes - that's about it.

Cons

Store manager NEVER leads by example Very unorganized Unprofessional treatment of employees by certain managers Expectation is very high. Compensation is very low. No benefits for 6 months (at full time. If you miss even 1 day without a Dr.'s note, you have to wait 6 more months for benefits.) Horrible hours - even for retail! Often times employees are scheduled to close, leaving the store at 11:30 PM, then scheduled to open - returning to work at 8AM the following morning Over night shifts are required for floor set every 6 weeks They do NOT promote from within, nor do they encourage employee growth
