It's ok....But it has alot of potential.

Pros

You can be creative and be in a fast paced, fashion forward enviorment. The clothes are fun, and alot of the other sales associates are really great people.

Cons

Management is so worried about their own power games to pay any attention to the store. Therefore neglecting the needs of their employees.

Pros

Great dress code- ability to express yourself. Great management staff- fun and understanding. Fast paced environment - needless to say I'm never without something to do. Set-up of store is constantly changing so the atmosphere always seems new.

Cons

Breaks are too short- should at least be 15 instead of 10. Horrible schedule setup/ lots of cutting of hours. Discount is incredibly cheap (almost all other clothing stores give at least 20%). Too much shipment and not enough time/space to process it. Pay rate is awful.

A learning experience Retail experience Great music Great people to work with and obtain relationships with Diverse customers which can be very interesting Freedom of style The company is very flexible and creative with their ideas

Cons

Your hours do not depend on if you work hard, favoritism is alive and well. The people who work the hardest in my store are ironically the one's who get the least hours.
