      Pros

      Forever 21 is a great place for anyone interested in fasion to get their start. They at times allow associates to express there creativity in fashion on displays. They also have incentives at times for those willing to work hard, and surpass expectations.

      Cons

      This job can become very stressfull just by being one of the hottest junior clothing stores at this time. However if you add a disorganized, lazy, or uncaring manager to the situation, this job can become exremely stressful to those working at the bottom of the ladder.

      Pros

      You meet new people I used to get a lot of hours Employee's can shop items still in inventory

      Cons

      Low pay for what we have to deal with Management never confronts you if they have a problem! They just talk about you behind your back. There's a few stuck up employees Hours have been cut down drastically. Discount is only 10% it just takes away taxes.

      its a fun place it has a great vibe. working as a accsesories specailest is really fun and its exciting to see all the new product and set up displays.

      Cons

      i was told i would be going from part time to full time after moving to a bigger and new store. i was never moved to full time and they never discused it with me
