Powerful company, no need to be afraid of loosing your job unless you do something vey very stupid... Also good company to start your career.

Cons

No opportunity if not a member of selected departments. If you think of working @ PD you should start at PT or engine. Do not ever apply Vehicle Engineering Dept. Also do not seek opportunity in Electrical, Chassis or Body dept. they are already over staffed. I wish you the best...
