Cons
* They pay much lower than defense industry * Too many unnecessary meetings * Too many turnover in engineer circulation. There are not enough experienced engineers * Some departments such as interior and exterior trim has too much work overload * They don't pay overtime * Sometimes too much works are distracting * Working hours 07:30-17:00.30 minutes lunch break * So much paperwork for an engineer. To much bureaucracy. Every process has a form and you have to fill it out even if you don't know it. * Career opportunities are not enough. If you really want to make career at Ford Otosan, you should be patient, communicate well with upper managers and forget your personal life. You have to give something from yourself first then maybe the company give you what you want later ( not for sure)
