      Pros

      It is a good company belongs to Koç Group which is the biggest group in Turkey. Employee (white-collar) can shift current position inside Ford Otosan or in Koç Group.

      Cons

      Salary is not good as well as competitors' salaries although Koç Group is the biggest group in Turkey. Specific to Ford Otosan, employees are not happier (both white and blue-collar) because of job environmnt. There are lots of causes and counting these causes takes long and would be little gossip.

      Multinational company, Turkey's most profitable, large, prestigaous company, Knowledge and knowhow is being share between Ford Motor Company Good social activities

      Cons

      low salary, hard and time consuming to become manager lack of experienced engineers processes are based on many procedures which slows down progress

      Multi cultural, not bad begining salary, too many things to learn in such a big organization, prestigious title, opportunity to see some real engineering

      Cons

      poor carrier opportunity, poor support (even interrupting) to have experience at Ford's other locations abroad, location, clumsy organization, employees are mostly treated as head for the projects, disordered working conditions (maybe not worse than standard in Turkey)
