Young, dynamic team. Interaction with world wide suppliers and ford employees. Great experience

Cons

terrible management, managers rules their team as they are king not as a director obstacle clearer. If you are not adulator, never expect to get a grade or be supervisor on time. Hires best in class enginners but gives almost worst in class salaries No good place to work more than 2 years that is actually what compoany seeking for. They happy to have this amount of turnover

Lack of company wide improvement targets. Some members of top management and management have not wide enough perspective to the whole systems. Therefore the operations throughout the value creation can be distorted and many conflicts might happen as a part of Daily routines.
