      Pros

      It is a good company belongs to Koç Group which is the biggest group in Turkey. Employee (white-collar) can shift current position inside Ford Otosan or in Koç Group.

      Cons

      Salary is not good as well as competitors' salaries although Koç Group is the biggest group in Turkey. Specific to Ford Otosan, employees are not happier (both white and blue-collar) because of job environmnt. There are lots of causes and counting these causes takes long and would be little gossip.

      Pros

      Starting salary is relatively OK, they hire even if military service is not completed. Best place to learn engineering management, OEM-supplier relationships& logistics.

      Cons

      Salaries do not rise over the years. Path for advancement is very unclear. Located in a far away small, ugly, conservative, town.

      Pros

      You work with international colleagues. If you can find the spare time, you can significantly improve yourself. Only place in Turkey that does actual automotive R&D.

      Cons

      Gölcük is a very remote and isolated location. Senior colleagues act like they are your superior officers in the army. Many selfish, idea stealing, problematic people exist and some of these are actually your superiors.
