Yo will experience on a lot of diffuculties and learn a lot. You can learn solve problems yourself without any support of others, especcialy managers.

Cons

You can loose your self confidence because managers always focus on negative results. Management does not appreciate your success. Unfair and subjective performans evaluation system , if you can talk about there is a performans evaluation system.

Pros

It is a good company belongs to Koç Group which is the biggest group in Turkey. Employee (white-collar) can shift current position inside Ford Otosan or in Koç Group.

Cons

Salary is not good as well as competitors' salaries although Koç Group is the biggest group in Turkey. Specific to Ford Otosan, employees are not happier (both white and blue-collar) because of job environmnt. There are lots of causes and counting these causes takes long and would be little gossip.
