Didactic, informative, learn what should not be done, good salary for newbies, learn formal company bureaucracy, interdisciplinary working environment, attractive PD building

Highly hierarchical, highly dependent to upper management for decisions, inflexible working environment, lack of risk management due to management decisions, company define product strategy as follower, lack of career path plan for senior engineers and specialists.
