      You will learn a lot if you are eager to improve yourself since most employees don't do their jobs There are some good managers

      Cons

      Sales & Manufacturing oriented R&D is mostly limited It is not Ford Motor Company there is a big difference Attrition is above industry standart Company culture is strict and intolerate

      Pros

      You do not work during the all day. You have to join meetings again and again. Rest of the time from meetings, you can work. (It is very short period)

      We are using technologies from stone age.

      Only place in Turkey that does actual automotive R&D. Working in a global company in a multinational environment. Good place to start your career.

      Cons

      Poor career development, high turnover which leads to inexperienced fresh colleagues.
