Have been a part of Flutter from two years now and we have a great team here and I love the vibe and the flexible work culture. Also, we get some great benefits as well, like the 30 day annual leave policy encouraging us employees to focus on our well being and utilize these during the year. Additionally, we have a Take-20 policy which I have used to work from another country for 20 days in a year. This is an employee-first organization and I am grateful to be a part of it.

It would be beneficial to have more diversity focused discussions and benefits.
