People I worked with were all brilliant, unlimited holiday, some interesting work. Good learning opportunities. Some travel.

Cons

Culture went massively downhill very quickly after SkyBet was bought by Flutter. Large redundancies that were very poorly executed by overworked HR. Lack of respect for long standing employees who delivered vital work.

Excellent work-life balance — truly one of the best in the market. Flexible hybrid model (2 days/week in office) with additional WFH flexibility when needed. Ample learning opportunities and scope for internal movement across teams. Supportive and collaborative work culture. Good variable pay component & Benefits compared to market standards.

Annual increments and recognition programs can be improved.

Being part of Flutter has been a great experience. The culture here genuinely supports creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. One of the things I really appreciate is the Self-Development Fund — I used it to complete a UI/UX course on Udemy and an AI course, both of which helped me expand my design thinking and technical skills. There’s a lot of encouragement to explore new ideas and bring fresh perspectives to the table. The work environment is friendly, flexible, and filled with talented people who make every project enjoyable.
