Top management of Civil Structural has no management capability. They only praises those who oils him.When someone give resignation, they often calls his/her wife or husband or friends of Fluor and ask them which company is he switching? . Off Friday and Saturdays are just on paper. You will not be judged by your work, you will be judged whether you come office on off Fridays and Saturdays or not, you will be judged whether you are staying late or not.
