      Remote working, not micromanaged, freedom to develop. Regular appraisals and team meetings. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      If you're coming straight out of college or new to the country, be ready to have enough money for any business travel although everything is reimbursed but you will need the initial funds.

      Thanks! We surely intend to continue our growth exactly as you advise! As for the cons - all travel is paid for in advance, but yes indeed, if you have any expenses while travelling, we reimburse those always. Travel is not necessary or even expected in some roles, so no need to feel that you cannot afford to travel for business.
