      Pros

      Fluido live by their values - it's a great company with a fantastic culture. It requires self motivation to learn and grow but all of the tools are in place to help you. Given freedom and development opportunities. Can't ask for more. It's inspiring to be around so many postive, helpful and skilled collegues.

      Cons

      Moving from contractor to perm meant I missed on a few of the nice 'new starter' things and introduction. It also meant access to some systems has been a bit lumpy as I find out months later about them. That said I know I could contact the P&C team about it if needed. I just think onboarding is better for new permanent starters than those who move from contract to perm.

      Pros

      1)lots of growing opportunities ,strong core values 2) Main Salesforce partner in Europe- will get good carrier growth in Salesforce eco system 3) Subsidiary of Infosys 4)Friendly Team and management 5) state of the art office

      I am with Fluido for last 4 months and couldn't find any cons so far
