      Healthy Environment , Annual Trips for Company Days , Platinum Partner Salesforce , Different Salesforce Projects , Best Consultancy in Europe

      Cons

      Lower basic salary , short term projects , customer based salary , bought by Infosys 2 years ago, so heavily moving towards offshoring

      Thanks for your feedback. I'm especially happy to read "Best Consultancy in Europe" and I have to say I agree ;-) As for project work, we are working both on short term as well as long term projects, speak to your team lead, if you want a project that is longer term. Salaries are not based on customers actually and the strategy we have is to have local presence more and more.

      Good friendly culture but weak leadership

      Pros

      Accepting and engaging culture, friendly people and reasonable company benefits. Loved the atmosphere and ability to reach out for help/support. Ability to work remotely is a norm, even before covid times.

      Cons

      Many managerial and leadership positions were occupied by non-leader type of personalities. In addition, it felt like leadership was selected by the number of years at the company and not by the interpersonal skills. This is how the leadership fell short and sometimes even non-competent. This created numerous times unneeded stress at work and lowered motivation.

Our Leadership academy continues to build our leaders' skills, not only on the salesforce area but also the soft skills that are needed in leading people.       Employees are very hard working and an asset to company. Good location in Sweden - Stockholm.

      Cons

      Not enough projects So much deductions Reimbursements not processed in Time ...more than 3 yrs to process

      We are very sorry to read this and are a bit perplexed to be honest as it doesn't reflect the impression we have of the situation. As you know we encourage all employees to give feedback in the way they are comfortable with so that we can improve every day so we will investigate immediately. We are careful to comply with all laws and regulations and 3 years to process reimbursements is unacceptable.
