4yWe are very sorry to read this and are a bit perplexed to be honest as it doesn't reflect the impression we have of the situation. As you know we encourage all employees to give feedback in the way they are comfortable with so that we can improve every day so we will investigate immediately. We are careful to comply with all laws and regulations and 3 years to process reimbursements is unacceptable.
