      Great values not sure they’ll hold fast

      Pros

      Fluido have great values this is what attracted me to the organisation in the first place.

      Cons

      Fluido have great values but not sure they’ll hold fast under the Infosys umbrella. Family friendly policies aren’t currently competitive in UK

      Thank you for your review! We truly focus on our values every day. So I don't envisage us letting go of them anytime soon. As the company grows, then ofcourse the culture evolves as well. But values we will hold tight to. We have just updated the family policies in the UK - unfortunately not to the level of e.g. Nordics where the society has enabled companies to step up, but still hopefully a move to the better. - Pauliina

      Pros

      - Good work-life balance. - You will have full freedom to utilize your experience in the project. - Regular engagement between supervisor and employee. - Pays good. - Great scope for skill-up and learning.

      Cons

      - small projects. - Lack of other benefits which you gets in Big organizations.

      Thank you for your review. As you know we are growing into bigger opportunities and bigger projects. Tell your Team Lead, you wish to have bigger projects to work with. I'm sure there's a possibility. As for the benefits - we should be compatible with bigger organisations, but in the next employee survey - give us ideas, on what you would want. Cant' promise anything, but at least we will know. - Pauliina

      Thank you for your review. Obviously not a nice read, but I hope you got to voice your ideas in your exit interview. I'm also not liking your comment, and really feel sad that you felt this way: of "preference for 1 type of person", as diversity, inclusion and the ability to be yourself are some of the things we nurture. Furthermore, in our employee surveys this one of the highest ranked values that people feel exist at Fluido. I wish you all the best for your future - Pauliina
