      Too leadership-focused organization, which meant that responsibility was tight to managerial status

      Pros

      Excellent and interesting projects with customers. We are able to really dig into their problems and help them. Not able to do that anymore as I am more focused on a small feature of a corner of a solution. Don't understand what the talk about the salary is - it is compatible

      Cons

      That I couldn't stay longer. I feel pressure to move along in my career, because the IT industry is so.
