      Pros

      Great local company that has focus on people, has a nice bonus offering, and has a very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      They overdrive safety policies to the point where it isn't taken seriously and from my experiences, the health insurance benefit costs are more than average.

      Easy work, work life balance, bonus

      Cons

      Does not promote professional growth in any way. All the processes are unique to Flowserve and will not carry over to other companies so you're pretty much stuck there your entire career. You will do "senior" level work but never be promoted to a higher level. If you want to just do the same thing every day, 8-5, get in to work, get out, with no real challenges, then this is for you.
