      Easy work, work life balance, bonus

      Cons

      Does not promote professional growth in any way. All the processes are unique to Flowserve and will not carry over to other companies so you're pretty much stuck there your entire career. You will do "senior" level work but never be promoted to a higher level. If you want to just do the same thing every day, 8-5, get in to work, get out, with no real challenges, then this is for you.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
