- Management changes every couple years and there's so much turnover nobody knows what's going on. - No career development plans and was told by my boss there are no advancements in your future in your current role and you need to change job titles to move up. - Worst Quality Management System I've ever seen, I was shocked how we were able to pass any audits. - If you are a good employee, they pile on everyone else's work once they leave and don't hire anyone else back, so you're stuck with a role that isn't on your job responsibility. It leads to burnout extremely fast. - HR does not care one bit about you, you are replaceable and a resource to HR. - They keep decreasing benefits and feels like your on a sinking ship. - Production machines are on their last leg, some 70 years old, and can't make good parts but are sold without any inspection or testing performed. - Customer returns aren't seen as an issue to management and they will knowingly ship bad parts to customers to meet revenue. - There is no training available and most employees have no idea about the QMS. - Documentation is the worst I've ever seen and severely outdated. - Lack of developing new engineers leads to severe engineering issues in production - Production areas are extremely outdated and old-fashioned. - Invested a lot of money into equipment in the shipping department that didn't address the root cause and deal with multiple shipping issues every day. - Departments do not work well together
