      Pros

      Nice package, really good manager & team, opportunity to learn a lot, chance to solve a problem in any way you would like to, home office is as advertised, career advancement doesn't seem impossible

      Cons

      The first interview with the HR rep wasn't too good, I thank myself that I proceeded to the next round anyways.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
