Cons
The overall environment was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The company is very stuck in an older mindset. You will come in, leave, and eat lunch at the same time everyday. My group had no social skills, and was extremely unprofessional. The one girl in the building whispered with her husband for a good portion of the day gossiping or talking about things that could be discussed at home, which I have never experienced being acceptable in a workplace. Whispering to me is something that gets left in the early stages of grade school. I learned a lot about myself here and really learned about what kind of work environment I need. In terms of skills; I really created no skills to benefit me later. I think having a role in project management or in manufacturing could be more beneficial for other career paths. I wish someone had made a review like this before I went there, so I hope this helps people out.
