Crappy benefits for large company that size with crappy bureaucracy. It’s people acting to protect their jobs regardless of anyone else at the bottom. They try and persuade you that they are forward looking company looking to compete in turnkey engineering. That they are high tech and cool people to work with. Management was very ambitious with that thought and right people it probably would’ve work but it was marred by poor execution and lack of hiring top managers (executing visions) and workers willing to put plan into actions. As an ex-Flex employee job was routinely boring, our leaders didn’t inspire confidence and just not fun working there. Then we met our demise as a group so they can avoid paying final retention bonuses. Oh well you get what you paid for. My advise don’t work there unless you like S&M or you already in the higher ups or mindless worker bees.
