You can manage your work life balance if you are a manager buy dumping all your works to junior fellows and concentrating only on family work. Can see most of the persons like.
Cons
Most of Managers dont know nothing. Just Surveying with mouth and not doing any works. If we complaint against them. HR or Top level pupil will revert that back to us and will put us in need improvement. Too much politics. Within the team and with the others teams also. Dont find any passionate workers and most will be surveying only doing the politics. Too many policy changes within short span of time. HR dont know how to define their own policies. Will waste lot of money in banners and wall paper changes but will not support pupils who are really working hard. Too many technology changes. So Will spoil your skills and career path. So I dont recommend for freshers
