The coworkers/low level management are all great people that are easy to work with.

Cons

No respect for personal space at all. It is expected that you work during PTO. No such thing as an offday or an off hour. Upper management is extremely disconnected with how things work, and constantly set unrealistic expectations resulting in 70 hour work weeks quite often. Salary is not competitive. Under staffed, it is a revolving door company. This place is a good stepping stone job, but nothing else.

Cons

No real leadership in place...senior/director mgt simply focus on meeting the next big directed metric that comes from above and will then operate driven by fear in an absolute micro management environment, with no room for creativeness and no sense of true long term direction or vision.
