      Pros

      decent pay, free snacks, and variety of machinery. Company wide policies and goals seem reasonable and most of the people were hard working and safety focused.

      Cons

      Large egos, unmet promises and a complete disregard for company policies about masks. The small group was disorganized and mismanaged, causing considerable turnover.

      consider good pay...and the office is new.. quute many resource to study when want to find solutions

      management too micro-managed..many old age and more than 15+ years experience bosses which playing office politic and stab at your back but act good in front you. no work life balance, need work and work until endless time.. many earlier morning and midnight call...no working from home allowed... not understanding to staff especially for who infect covid.. expected need to work during sickness period... no human rights and privacy... need to disclose all the personal things to colleagues..
