Unfortunately there is nothing to share here.

Cons

Unorganized, unprofessional, and unenthusiastic. Goals were never set, wins were never celebrated, and the culture could be best described as "stale." Very much follows the "this is how it's always been done" mantra and discourages anyone that dares to challenge the status quo. If you're someone who is creative, innovative, and enjoys thinking outside the box-I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Can be flexible with hours, 401k benefits are good.

Cons

Senior managers don't treat the workers with respect, they don't even acknowledge them. This is the problem of a big company. Supervisors are net picky about breaks and lunches. Quick to have layoffs. Pay is below competitor average.
