Diverse company with many opportunities to advance your career and learn new things. Excellent benefits package and work life balance.

Cons

Silicon valley headquarters not always in tune with the rest of the company. Sites don't always work well together. Having trouble understanding how to offer services outside of manufacturing and logistics.

Pros

The employees work very hard and are great to work with. Cafeteria has free salad. There is a gym at corporate so that is pretty cool.

Cons

Cheap company not willing to invest in an actual financial systems. Upper management is nothing special. Company can probably survive without them.

I don't see much for advancement if you not in the supervisors or mangers pool.

Cons

Poor management, I don't think employees were treating fair. Hard working and good employees were let go.
